This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which PolarisLeads ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") provides refunds for our lead generation services. By purchasing or using our services, you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by this Policy.
The following charges are non-refundable under any circumstances:
To help new clients evaluate our service with confidence, new subscribers receive a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.
If you are a new subscriber and have not received any qualified leads within the first 30 days of your campaign launch date, you may request a full refund of your first month's recurring service fee.
Conditions apply:
Setup fees remain non-refundable — The 30-day guarantee applies only to the first month's recurring service fee.
Unused lead credits expire 90 days from the date of purchase. Expired credits are forfeited and cannot be refunded or reinstated. Unused lead credits may be rolled over for up to one additional 90-day period if you contact us at least 14 days before expiration.
To cancel your subscription, submit written notice to support@polarisleads.com with the subject line: "Cancellation Request — [Your Account Name]".
Notice Period: Monthly plans require 30 days' written notice to process a cancellation and stop future billing cycles.
No Partial Refunds: If you cancel mid-cycle with proper notice, you will retain access to our services until the end of your current paid period. No refunds are issued for partial months or unused time.
Before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company, you agree to:
Filing an unauthorized chargeback without first contacting us will result in immediate suspension of your account and services, a $50 chargeback fee applied to your account, and legal action for recovery of fraudulently disputed amounts.
In exceptional circumstances, we may consider partial refunds on a case-by-case basis. Requests must be submitted in writing to billing@polarisleads.com with supporting evidence within 14 days of the issue arising.
